IMPLEMENTATION OF THE EQUATOR PRINCIPLES
An Equator Principles signatory since 2004, Bradesco has developed a governance structure to implement the required actions. It’s Financial Advisory and Project Finance service is structured on Banco Bradesco de Investimentos (BBI), with the support of the Social and Environmental Risk Control Area in presenting the content, application and benefits of compliance with Equator Principles. During credit proposal and approval process, Social and Environmental Risk Control Area assess project´s E&S risk and categorizes projects under Equator Principles classifications. Loan agreements for transactions contain social and environmental obligations, which are monitored periodically.
